Background
Our customer needed a compact and packaged solution due to a lack of space. Artas offered a containerized system that is packaged and has a small footprint.
Quality
- System inlet flow: 2 x 30 m³/h
- Product flow rate: 2 x 18 m³/h
- Product water quality: conductivity < 0.1 μS/cm, silicon dioxide: < 0.01 ppm
Challenge
The project was too large in terms of its capacity to fit in the container. Through precise engineering and 3D studies, Artas was able to ensure effective use of space.
Our solution
Complete containerized demineralization plant. The system contains:
- 2 x 100% Ultrafiltration Units
2 x 100% double-pass RO units
2 x 100% electrodeionization units
